Sirivannavari & S’Homme Present Spring Summer 2021 Collection ‘Nefreretta’ @ Siam Paragon

Born of a dream of an Austrian-born Egyptian, Nefreretta is the name of Sirvannavari and S’Homme’s Spring-Summer 2021 collection, which takes on a chic, eccentric flair. HRH Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya, the creative director of Sirivannavari, described her majesty’s new collection as having an intergalactic, otherworldly twist that creates a sense of avant-garde and elegance. On March 18, the latest series from the royal fashion houses was presented to a prestigious audience through a brilliant fashion show at Siam Paragon. The runway featured fantastic scenery with lotus flowers on sandy grounds, inspired by the ancient civilisation along the Nile. Blending European silhouettes with Egyptian motifs and the maison’s exquisite craftsmanship, Nefreretta flaunts a total of 60 looks—53 for women and 7 men. Highlight pieces include the fuchsia brocade safari jacket with a suiting skirt, which the princess herself graciously donned on the runway. In addition, a piece of accessory well-loved by the fashionable crowd that night was the iconic pyramid handbag. The collection also includes bijoux pieces featuring the maison’s emblems of bees, stars and the peacock. Amongst the distinguished guests were the likes of Supornthip Choungrangsee, Nualphan Lamsam, Suriyon Sriorathaikuls, Vatanika and Naichanok Patamasingh na Ayudhya.
